At first I was hesitant to approach StepUpYourRep to help my hotel with its online reputation. We’ve had some really bad reviews online and I was afraid of the harsh judgement. I was also skeptical of StepUpYourRep’s ability to change the hotel’s reputation. However, I approached them and they were very patient with me, carefully explaining the whole process over multiple phone calls. I now think I’m going to take them up on several of their services because of their patience and understanding.
