The Independent Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
In the urban landscape of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, I was charmed when I first happened across The Independent Hotel. Along the tree lined Locust Street, The Independent Hotel looks like an endearing spot inviting guests in with its brick exterior and large archway windows on the second floor. As one who loves exploring new places in her favorite city, I was intrigued as to what The Independent Hotel had to offer. From my first step inside the hotel, I was delighted by the whole customer service experience. I was greeted very warmly by the staff and all of my needs were successfully met.
My room was simply and beautifully decorated. The exposed brick and modern wood furniture gave an atmosphere of pure refinement. The attention given to detail and the customer’s overall experience was what stood out most. Midtown Village offered wonderful restaurants and new creative explorations for me, even as a seasoned tourist. Overall, I was incredibly impressed with my experience at The Independent Hotel.
