Sabrina Cafe’s owner, Robert DeAbreu, decided he wanted to open up a restaurant that was unlike any other restaurant. He wanted to serve great food better tasting than the monotony of food chain meals and less exclusive than fine dining. Mr. DeAbreu put his mind to serving the foods that people have always loved, but better. Working as a manager at a food chain gave Mr. DeAbreu the motivation to open up Sabrina’s Cafe. At first, Sabrina’s Cafe had one location and primarily served a delicious lunch. These days, Sabrina’s Cafe can be found in four separate locations serving both brunch and dinner.Sabrina’s cafe is everything that Mr. DeAbreu set it out to be.
